Each gathering begins with an open, heart-centered discussion focused on spiritual growth, self-awareness, and navigating life’s energetic shifts. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative sound healing experience using crystal singing bowls and intuitive sound frequencies to support relaxation, clarity, and energetic balance.
This offering is perfect for those seeking grounding, reflection, emotional release, and a sense of community.
