From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative sound healing experience using crystal singing bowls and intuitive sound frequencies to support relaxation, clarity, and energetic balance.

This offering is perfect for those seeking grounding, reflection, emotional release, and a sense of community.

Sacred Insights is a 6-week immersive class designed to help you strengthen your intuitive awareness, deepen your spiritual connection, and learn to trust your inner guidance.

Throughout this journey, you’ll explore intuitive development through energetic awareness, spiritual tools, guided practices, group discussion, and reflective exercises. This class offers a grounded, supportive space for those who feel spiritually curious, energetically sensitive, or called to understand themselves on a deeper soul level without pressure or expectation.

Whether you are newly awakening or looking to refine your intuitive abilities, Sacred Insights supports both personal insight and soulful integration.
